BigM, a top-tier retail leader known for our comprehensive range of products including electronics, clothing, and home essentials, is seeking a dedicated and safety-minded Truck Driver to support our logistics and distribution efforts across multiple locations in the United States. As an integral part of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely delivery and excellent condition of goods, directly contributing to the satisfaction of our customers and the success of our operations. Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various BigM locations according to schedule. Maintain accurate logs of driving times, rest periods, and vehicle service or repair status, adhering to state and federal regulations. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, while ensuring compliance with all DOT regulations and safety procedures. Document and log work/rest periods, as well as kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Coordinate with the central logistics team to track deliveries and troubleshoot any issues. Ensure the integrity and security of the load from pickup to delivery.
