We embrace employees and candidates from all backgrounds who want to help make this vision a reality.Summarywill oversee the performance of the international inventory management and logistics of the Information Technology (IT We are seeking a pro-active, results-driven, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills who is comfortable dealing with all international staff and C-suite executives.Primary DutiesIT Asset Management (tagging and distribution)IT Vendor ManagementIT Procurement (Scouting, Pricing, Purchasing software and other equipment)IT Inventory Distribution report for FinanceCredit Card expense Report for FinanceIT Special Projects (Matrix 42 Helpdesk System - Matrix 42 Patching System)Along with other assigned tasks and providing quality and timely technical support as needed.Researching vendors and managing vendor relationships.Negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work with external partners and suppliers.Understanding of how to align service delivery needs with business goals.A willingness to work against KPIs.Secondary DutiesManage and monitor inventory logistics for end-user computing equipment to meet client's requirements.Interface with various Didi Hirsch departments to achieve high customer satisfaction Manage multiple functions including operational process improvement efforts, resolution of supply chain challenges, on-time delivery commitments, forecasting, business analysis, contract, reviews, and change management.Use multiple databases and ordering portals to perform data entry, monitoring, and tracking of all phases of quotes, purchase orders, and order fulfillment.Create and analyze daily high-volume data reports via advanced Excel reporting tools.Provide purchase order status information and vendor performance metrics.Resolve challenges with global vendors and expedite delayed ordersPosition RequirementsA proficiency in standard computer operations and common applications.
