Senior / Automation Engineer (PLC, HMI)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead project to ensure design meet project specifications.
Generate process flow chart and software specifications.
PLC and HMI setup and programming.
Conduct factory acceptance and site acceptance test.
Conduct internal and end-user training.
Update design progress to department head.
Provide technical support and solutions to sales inquiry.
Generate proposal, costing and tender documents for sales inquiry.
Liaise with suppliers on components selection.
Liaise with customers on control design and process flow.
Troubleshoot electrical design and software issues.
Perform system maintenance and support for system in production.
Train, supervise and guide Control Engineer.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Engineering
Minimum 3 years of automation system PLC and HMI programming experience.
Proficient in PLC programming language: Functional Block Diagram (FBD), Structured Text (ST) and Ladder Diagram (LD).
Experience in using communication protocols such as OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP/IP, RFID interface, Profibus, Device Net.
Industrial robot programming experience will be added advantage.
