Job Summary:

Position is responsible for direct sales management of assigned product categories for Midea appliances at Wal Mart/Sam's Club. This person will be a self-starter who is motivated to expand Midea appliances at Wal Mart/Sam's Club. This is an exciting opportunity to assist Midea in its US expansion. The position reports to the Director of Sales wpo oversees Wal-Mart/Sam's Club for Midea.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key contacts at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company team members, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Works in conjunction with assigned customers and internal operations department to supply forecasts for products purchased.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of strategic sales experience to Wal-Mart/Sam's Club preferably in home comfort or small appliances including floor care.
  • Work Environment: office, may have to travel to Warehouse, may have to lift 50 or less pounds
  • Travel: domestic and international for Midea and Wal-Mart/Sam's Club events
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Service, Closing Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales
  • 7-years in Sales
