Staffing Recruiter
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top-tier talent for our clients. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a deep understanding of their organizational culture.
Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions to attract qualified candidates.
Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
Proactively build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future job opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to anticipate talent needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Gather feedback from both candidates and clients to continually refine the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system.
Perform inside sales calls to attract new clientele
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the staffing industry
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
