Job Title: AccessionerJob DescriptionOur company is searching for a detail-oriented and professional Accessioner. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and triaging all specimens for clinical testing, preparing laboratory specimens for analysis, and cataloging patient specimens such as blood, urine, or tissue for analysis. You will also be required to research, troubleshoot and resolve customer and specimen problems, send test requests to the proper location and release test results. You will be expected to assist clients with any specimen-related requests or inquiries, process specimens to be sent out to additional facilities, and provide support to various areas of the laboratory. Your role will also involve managing clinical information within the LIMS database and preparing record logs in a timely and efficient manner. Please note that this role does not involve any patient contact, but does entail the processing of lab samples in a production-based environment.
