Focus:

Lead and oversee the daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP guidelines and accurate financial reporting to executive leadership.

Act as a strategic partner to General Managers and department leaders, ensuring adherence to company processes and overseeing expense control.

Provide mentorship and training to accounting staff, while actively inspecting day-to-day operations to maintain high standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring timely responses and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Adhere to manufacturer, lender, and government agency requirements, including FL DMV regulations.

Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Automotive Controller, with expertise in Excel. Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds is beneficial.

Strong understanding of financial principles and GAAP guidelines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
