With a dedicated team and a commitment to excellence, their company strives to provide exceptional service to our customers, and is currently seeking an RV Receptionist Livingston TX who can handle various responsibilities including front desk duties, part sales assistance, unit check-in procedures, and potentially some unit cleaning tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will encompass various administrative tasks along with assisting in other operational areas of the company. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities for RV Receptionist Livingston TX: Front Desk Duties:
  • Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate departments, and take messages as needed.
  • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Part Sales Assistance:
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to RV parts and accessories.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory records and ensure stock levels are adequate.
Unit Check-In:
  • Coordinate and manage the check-in process for RV units coming in for service or sales.
  • Document and record necessary information related to the units.
  • Liaise with service and sales teams to ensure smooth processes.
Unit Cleaning (Possibly):
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks on RV units as needed to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ensure that units are ready for display or delivery to customers.
General Administrative Support:
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Support other team members and departments as needed.
Requirements for RV Receptionist for Livingston TX:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
