Performs other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Dietary Policies and Procedures. Education & Qualification:•High school graduate or equivalent is required.•Must possess a working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
