Responsibilities Develop technical and strategic guidance, planning, and innovative approaches to complex network modernization and optimization efforts. Responsible for the planning, modeling, simulation, design, installation, maintenance, management, and coordination of network engineering efforts. Utilizes software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and rectify complex network events, incidents, and/or problems. Qualifications Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a Mathematics - intensive discipline or an applicable technical training certificate from an accredited training institution. Minimum of five years experience managing or leading large scale network engineering and IT modernization efforts, to include two years of specialized experience related to the task.
