Build strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador of the company. Communicate client feedback to Store Manager and Assistant Manager to elevate client service and sales. Adhere to all company policies and procedures with honesty and integrity. Operational Excellence: Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures including counting register funds, completing bank deposits, opening and closing registers, and securing facility. The accomplished individual will possess: Proven ability and contribution to an elevated selling culture. Elevated sense of personal style. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Physical Requirements: Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends. Standing for extended periods of time. Able to safely lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
