Together we deliver systems all around the world and the markets for our products are constantly growing.Position Summary Listed work hours 3:30 p.m. to Midnight (2nd shift)Training occurs during 1st shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.)This position is responsible for the manufacture of parts of low production runs using manual machine tools.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Sets up and operates manual machines to complete work ordersEnsures precision is maintained in all machining tasksInspects parts according to policies and procedures Makes and/or modifies tooling if necessaryMonitors and records inventory used (tooling, supplies and raw materials) and notifies appropriate personnelQualifies measuring tools on a daily basis and as needed during the shift Cleans machine, tooling, and parts and performs basic machine maintenance as requiredRequired to perform quality inspection of 1st piece as verified by supervisor or quality technicianComplete training requirements for continual technical growth as required Practices good housekeeping and maintains a practical and clean workspace. Assist with training of Manufacturing Associates as applicableOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma and one year machining experience.
