HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to fill an opening with a Specialty Pharmacy in Orlando, FL.

Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service, handling benefit investigation and prior authorization
  • Shift: any 8 hr shift from M-F 9am-9pm (1 hour lunch)
    • Weekend Shift 9am-5:30pm (1 hour lunch) also available.
  • Location: Orlando, FL 32819
  • Will be in office for training and minimum 90 days after training, working remotely is dependent upon metrics
Required Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with databases (CRM preferable) or a tracking system; Salesforce CRM experience
  • Experience working in a health care/pharmaceutical industry environment
  • Understanding of challenges associated with patients' medical condition

Preferred Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
  • Benefit investigation and prior authorization experience
  • Doctors office experience is good
  • Pharmacy customer service experience
