If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv. **Job Title** Technical Business Analyst **What does a successful** **_Technical Business Analyst_** **do at Fiserv?** The Technical BA possesses extensive knowledge related to Identity & Access Management (IAM) and works under an IAM leader to plan, conduct, and establish a functional vision for IAM projects and assignments. The BA will be associated with multiple functions including demand and capacity for the team’s resources. The business analyst understands the vision of the IAM leader and the day-to-activities of their peer IAM engineers and is able to create a pipeline of IAM integrations to be executed by the team. **What you will do:** + Define and document business and technical requirements for building standards within the Identity and Access Management teams + Work with IAM teams, to analyze/refine requirements specifically for the Unified Login and Access Services and Integrations projects + Increase security to client applications by integrating multi-factor authentication on applications considered by be in scope for the project + Support IAM initiatives to document designs and artifacts provided by application teams and product owners + Serve as the internal IAM liaison to both internal and external groups and teams **What you need to have:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience + 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst + 3+ years of experience with variety of development technologies + Exposure to SAFe Agile methodology and SCRUM teams + Proficient knowledge of security protocols, basic access technologies, and frameworks + Experience with Java **What would be great to have:** + Knowledge/experience with Ping + Quality Assurance testing cycles + Presentation capabilities + Prior experience as a BA on large-scale teams is preferred.
