**Customer Service Analyst**

**Summary:**

The Customer Service Analyst is the primary point of contact between internal and external customers for the plant location or product line. This position is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to shipment. In appropriate systems and through email and teams communication. To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.

**Job Duties:**

* Field inquiries from internal and external customers, including status updates, stock availability, and shipment tracking information.

* The primary point of contact for systemic master data creation related to the assigned program(s) and thought production process.

* Gather information for various departments to initiate the production process.

* Investigate PO discrepancies.

* Create & maintain accurate customer files, including art and MSRP information.

* Read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs) and art schematics.

* Support costing/quoting projects as assigned.

* Assist with costing and/or blank procurement as directed.

* Compile and analyze data to issue regular reporting on program metrics & KPIs.

* Proactively identify and communicate system and process gaps

**Skills/Qualifications:**

* Order management and customer support experience in manufacturing, distribution or logistics type environments highly desirable.

* Aptitude for numbers and strong skills working with Microsoft Word, Excel and using an ERP system

* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be self-motivated, and able to work within a fast-paced team environment

* Demonstrates ability to lead and develop teammates

* Working knowledge of EDI highly desirable

* Prior experience in the screen-printing industry or knowledge of processes is desirable

**Education/Certification Requirements:**

* A BS degree in Business Operations, Management, or similar is preferred.

* 2-4 years of consumer products customer service experience with national retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Bed Bath & Beyond, preferred
