About the job Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant If you are passionate about improving the care of your patients and are seeking a supportive work environment and a dynamic team, then this opportunity is for you This well-established family medicine practice is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team. We have a large patient base and need an additional Advanced Practice Provider to best serve our patient population. An optimal candidate must be willing to work independently in a clinical setting, as the NP/PA will be responsible for the successful management and care coordination of his/her assigned patient population. This vibrant practice is dedicated to providing patients with high-quality individualized and innovative healthcare we are seeking a provider who shares this commitment to providing an exceptional level of care and attention. We treat our staff like family thus our practice provides a collegial work culture based on trust and teamwork. Our team of four providers genuinely enjoys working together we have fun every day Job duties include but are not limited to: Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients to include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and education Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician / specialists regarding patient care Chart daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely fashion NO weekends NO evenings Experience and Qualifications: Minimum one-year experience, required Current Arizona NP or PA License, required Self-motivated, directed, flexible and a team player Positive attitude and customer service orientation Genuine desire to learn and grow as a provider
