As a participant of the Emerging Leaders program, you will gain on-the-job learning and training by working in many areas of production to give you the most holistic view of management at the plant level. In this role you will effectively lead and direct approximately 15 - 25 production employees to meet daily production, quality and safety objectives. You will be responsible for the on-time and efficient delivery of quality products and will be relied on to make recommendations to improve production processes to ensure maximum output, cost efficiency and safe working conditions. Additionally, you will plan work schedules, provide guidance for production team members and assist with disciplinary action when needed. This is an immediate, full-time, permanent position and will require you to work a twelve (12) hour shifts.
