Role Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Warehouse Manager for our 2nd shift (night shift). Working hours will be from 4:00pm - 1:00am Eastern Time. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, and leading a team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products Ensure accurate inventory management and conduct regular stock checks Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Maintain records of warehouse activities, including inventory levels, orders, and shipments Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse processes and procedures Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience working in a warehouse, with at least 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role Must be able to bend, stand/reach, pull, lift and carry objects in the warehouse Proven experience managing staff, training and supervising a team Proven/demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems This person must be able to work our night shift rotation.

Working hours will be from 4:00pm - 1:00am EST. Preferred Qualifications:

Prior knowledge of NetSuite Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Additional certifications or trainings in warehouse management Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever changing environment
