Schedule: Monday - Friday Scheduling Flexibility (FTE)

Potential Schedules: 8 am - 4 pm, 9 am - 5 pm, 10 am - 6 pm

Optimum Performance Institute is a leading provider of adolescent and young adults behavioral health services, in a residential setting, dedicated to enhancing the mental well-being of individuals and communities. Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents.
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs and medical information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate treatment strategies.
  • Educate and support residents and families about treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
  • Develop health care plans and assist in emergency nursing procedures.
  • Perform routine nursing care to ensure safety and effectiveness in long-term and short-term residential care.
Qualifications:
  • Current California LVN license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mental health setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • CPR certification required.
