Purpose of Role: Support Service Centre / Pattern Shop facilitate seamless operations and uphold organizational excellence, the purpose is to meticulously manage document workflows, ensure efficient order processing, maintain comprehensive records, monitor status updates diligently, and prioritize safety at every step and the activities do not limit to the responsibilities listed below.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Assist in setting up, organizing, processing and filing quotes, orders and invoicing. Typical tasks may include assisting with quote development, entering orders in WMNA's computer system (SAP and Microsoft Office applications knowledge is a plus), ensuring required parts are procured and on schedule, setting up internal work orders and job files, as well as storing documents appropriately.
  • Order Processing: Invoicing, transmitting documents to other WMNA personnel, reps & customers, and logistics support are also part of the scope of responsibility. Setup work packets for pattern shop orders. Assist in pattern setups as needed. Maintain database for pattern locations.
  • Status Monitoring: Follow up on status of parts regularly. Follow up on various stages of quote/order and required documentation. Provide early communication to the appropriate WMNA personnel whenever there is a change that will impact a quote or order. Assist in documentation organization and filing.
  • Documentation Integrity: Maintain official documents and record in appropriate files/data bases.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior knowledge of pump systems and related equipment, such as cyclones, valves, etc. preferred.
