Management Consulting Firm requires Senior Consultant to support strategic workforce planning, organizational development, and training delivery projects. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 10+ years consulting experience. Federal government experience is required.

The primary work location is the Metro Washington, DC, area. This position is required to be onsite at least once a week at LinkVisum Headquarters and on client site upon request, as needed.

Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the following:

· Developing change management and communication plans

· Collaborating with organizational leaders and stakeholders

· Designing and executing workforce planning studies and pilots that focus on topics including talent pipelines, diversity/equity/inclusion/accessibility (DEIA), learning and development (L&D), organizational flexibility, and organizational health

· Developing and/or supporting the development of organizational change management strategies

· Developing and delivering presentations to organizational leaders and stakeholders

· Analyzing data and developing findings and recommendations addressing organizational and employee needs

· Interviewing clients and their stakeholders to gather information and collect data about workforce processes

· Developing management briefings, capturing action items, and escalating issues

· Facilitating meetings and work group sessions

· Creating work-plans and timelines, identifying critical tasks to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects and client deliverables

· Investigating and understanding industry best practices and evidence-based research and applying appropriately to meet unique client needs

· Supporting day-to-day client delivery; understanding, identifying, and articulating the engagement value to team and clients

· Crafting client-ready deliverables that clearly communicate recommendations and align to broader organizational initiatives

Experience in management consulting and demonstrated Experience in several of the following areas:

• Communication and Change Management

• Human Capital Strategy and Management

• Organizational Assessment and Improvement

• Strategic Workforce Planning

• Facilitation

Requirements:

· Minimum of 10+ years of Consulting experience

· U.S. Citizenship required

· Prior success in leading consulting teams on consulting engagements for federal clients

· Preferred experience with a change management methodology (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, Neuroscience of change)

· Master’s degree preferred

· Prosci Certification highly preferred
