The Sales & Marketing Coordinator has the unique opportunity to work with and support one of the fastest growing teams within the organization, while opening the door to a variety of career paths. We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organized individual to provide the necessary support to the field sales team, while also engaging in various marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate sales and marketing activities, interact with customers, coordinate trade shows, as well as collaborate with advertising agencies, internal marketing, and product teams.
Responsibilities:
At Foundations, there is limitless opportunity and plenty of room to grow. The following describes some of the core activities you will perform:
Coordinate with the sales team by helping to manage schedules, organizing important documents, creating sales presentations, and communicating relevant information.
Assist with customer concerns, issues or complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
Pull together necessary reports, data, and information to help create presentations or demonstrate results.
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
Occasional travel to tradeshows and events.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for the following:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Public Relations, or related field
Prior sales coordination experience is ideal, but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-organized with strong attention to detail, while being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexible with a sense of urgency, strong follow-through skills and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
Proficient in MS Office
