**About the role:**

* To clean and prepare Ward areas of the hospital in accordance with the Ramsay minimum standards documents.

* Have a good understanding of current infection control regulations and ensure that these are applied.

* Attend mandatory training as required

* Flexibility to the needs of the business

* To undertake service provision of Theatres and other Clinical areas???????

**We are looking for:**

* A methodical and vigilant person with excellent customer services skills

* Ability to work on their own initiative with good attention to detail to maintain our high standards.

Previous experience in a cleaning/housekeeping role; within a health care environment an advantage however not essential as full training will be given.

The Cherwell Hospital, located in Banbury, Oxfordshire was purpose built in 2006 and has been designed to combine an exceptional standard of patient accommodation with the technical equipment and facilities that modern medicine demands.

The Hospital has a 40-bed inpatient unit, consisting of single or twin rooms and a day case facility. All rooms which have twin beds are single sex units ensuring privacy and dignity at all times. The Hospital is equipped to undertake a large range of procedures, treatments and investigations.
