• 3-5 years HBP title experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Member of AAPL.

Acquisition Specialist

• 3-5 years of experience with Lease negotiations.
• 3-5 years of experience with Working Interest negotiations.
• Strong understanding of lease provisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Member of AAPL.

Curative Specialist

• 3-5 years of experience of reviewing and curing Drilling and Division Order Title Opinion comments and requirements.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel).
• Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Member of AAPL.

Title Manager

• 8-10 years of title experience.
• Experienced in reviewing ownership reports.
• Detailed Oriented and able to Multi-Task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Lists).
• Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Member of AAPL.

Project Manager

• 8-10 years of combined Title and Acquisition experience.
• Experienced in Contract Review and Contract Negotiations.
• Detailed Oriented and able to Multi-Task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel, SharePoint, and Lists).
• Ability to work in a team environment while being self-motivated.
• Member of AAPL.
