Job Responsibilities:
- Review of financial statements for accuracy
- Research, document, and apply federal tax law, state tax law, and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Computation of Quarterly Tax Projections
- General Ledger Review
- Coordination of workpapers and tax schedules
- Tax Preparation and Data Entry
- Detailed analysis of income and expenses for tax planning
•Experience with corporate income taxes: forms 1120, K-1, 990s, estimated tax payments
•Experience using NetSuite (or similar complex accounting software)
•Expertise in Excel
•3-5 years experience
•Strong communication skills for requesting and gathering information
