US Med-Equip offers flexible options for managing medical equipment, rentals and purchases, maintaining equipment and providing hospitals equipment tracking technology for enhanced asset management. Job Description:

The Human Resources Support Administration position will report to the HR Manager and assist the company by administering various HR and other supportive tasks to support the VP, Chief Officers or other team members as needed.

Job duties will include:

  • bi-weekly payroll process and reporting
  • Oversight of time sheets for payroll
  • Maintain company HRIS and other employee files and records
  • Working with and securing highly confidential information
  • Apply for and work to resolve issues with state income taxes
  • Provide support for electronic time management system
  • Coordinate or prepare and send out new hire orientation packets
  • New Hire Onboarding and assist with orientations
  • Administer benefits open enrollment or other policy changes
  • Complete census reporting
  • MVR, background check and drug screen record keeping and reporting
  • Support as needed for workers comp, 401k or other audits
  • Prepare reports from HRIS or other sources as needed
  • Respond to internal customer inquiries
  • Other duties will apply as this list is not all inclusive

Expected Performance:

Employee will have the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. This person will have the ability to work independently, be detail oriented and have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Employee will communicate verbally and in writing in a professional and effective manner.
