A. Education and Experience COMPUTER SKILLS:
+ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs. Position requires frequent computer use including internal software programs and internet-based applications.
+ Experience with Salesforce preferred LANGUAGE SKILLS:
+ Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Must demonstrate the ability to write reports, and business correspondence. Must effectively present information to top management, public groups, customers, and general public. Must present a professional and confident demeanor. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
+ Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
