RN Resident (New Grad) Opportunity You're in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor. Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility. Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice. We are offering a $15,000 sign on bonus in addition to relocation to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. Job Requirements: Associate's Degree In Nursing. Active Registered Nurse license in good standing with the Arkansas Board of Nursing. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA).
