Role Description
As a Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing advertising campaigns across various media channels. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop strategic media plans that align with our business objectives and target audience demographics.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives and target audience demographics.
Identify and evaluate media opportunities across traditional and digital channels, including but not limited to television, radio, print, online display, social media, and programmatic advertising.
Negotiate and secure favorable media placements, including pricing, ad placement, and added value opportunities, to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
Monitor and optimize media campaigns in real-time to ensure they are delivering on KPIs and performance goals.
Analyze campaign data and metrics to generate actionable insights and recommendations for future media buying strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media platforms to continually enhance our media buying capabilities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors, advertising agencies, and other external partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
2-3 years of work experience in media buying, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing department.
Proficiency in media buying tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and ad networks.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to drive decision-making.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with both clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, AdvertisingCommunications, or a related field.
3+ years of work experience in advertising sectors.
