Senior Project Manager - Multifamily This opportunity is with a large organization operating in the business services industry, specializing in construction projects. The company is known for its robust portfolio of multifamily developments and its commitment to excellence in the Charlotte area. Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, from initial planning to project closeout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for stakeholders. Lead project meetings and communicate progress to all relevant parties. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment to meet project timelines. Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. A successful Senior Project Manager - Multifamily should have: A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency. Competitive salary in the range of USD 130,000 to USD 160,000 annually.
