We're growing and have an exceptional opportunity for a

Territory Sales Manager

to join our professional and respected Outside Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years prior territory sales experience in either an industrial manufacturing setting or in the metals industry. This person would also have excellent communication skills, inviting personality, a positive attitude, and the ability to travel domestically .

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales of aluminum coil to our industrial customers who manufacture a wide range of products sold for a diverse list of markets such as industrial, automotive, electrical and consumer goods.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, manage, and maintain customer relationships with all customers in a defined geographical territory.

Travel as required to call on customers and prospects.

Communicate customers’ needs back to the company.

In conjunction with the Sales Manager, develop performance objectives, goals, and sales forecasts.

Treat all stakeholders with dignity, respect, and courtesy.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Eager to provide professional assistance to our customers.

A positive attitude and enjoys selling.

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Organized with good time management skills.

Experience and success in outside sales, developing and executing territory sales strategies, a strong plus.

Previous metals industry sales experience a plus.

Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and to work as a key member of a multi-departmental team.
