Job Description Senior Project Manager - Top ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for: Lead all phases of project management from planning to completion Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and logistics Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards Mentor and guide project teams to achieve performance goals Proactively identify and resolve project challenges Oversee procurement and contract administration Represent the company professionally in client-facing interactions MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
