Qualifications:
•Ability toeffectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom willrequire high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collectaccurate information and resolve.
•Ability to understandand follow directions
•Excellent customer service skills
•Hotel experienceis preferred, not required.

Responsibilities:
•Preparing anddisplaying breakfast in accordance with the brand guidelines.
•Maintain theserving area during breakfast hours and break down the serving line oncebreakfast is over.
•Manageinventories to maintain par levels based on hotel occupancy; place food,beverage and supply orders as required.
•Maintainorganized and clean prep and storage rooms, report any maintenance concerns tomanagement promptly.
