Body Moksha Physical Therapy is a growing world class physical therapy practice in Chatham, NJ and we are looking for a part-time (opportunity to transition to full-time) Sales Associate/Appointment Setter to join our team of high-performance employees In this role you'll be working to follow-up on the leads coming into our office to schedule appointments, field questions, follow-up on inquiries, send out information packages and assist in maintaining the integrity of the company's database.

You MUST have previous experience in SUCCESSFULLY SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS and/or other relevant phone sales experience. Please ONLY apply if you have been SUCCESSFUL in the role of scheduling appointments and or phone/sales and prospecting, as the primary outcome of your role is to secure at least 15-20 qualified appointments per month.

This position offers a solid base salary plus bonus and commission giving your control over how much you can potentially make annual. To join the Body Moksha Physical Therapy team, you must have exceptional phone skills and a passion for phone-based sales, enjoy making 50+ calls/texts/emails per day, and be the type of person who gets excited every time you set an appointment You look at a challenge as fun and understand that it may take several "no's" to get to a YES You have a fire in your belly and you don't give up. You are looking for a long-term career, not a part-time job. You would be described as "tech-savvy" and like to learn things as you go. You're extremely organized with great follow-up skills and hate to let things fall through the cracks. You come off as genuine and intelligent, are great at instantly developing rapport, and can close for the sale on every call.

Someone who is warm, approachable, personable, and comfortable with meeting new people; building new relationships, and hungry to succeed.

Ready and willing to commit to daily prospecting; lead nurturing - you have a strong work ethic and are able to convert

Phenomenal follow-up, organizational and phone skills are a must

Competitive compensation plan includes Salary + Bonus on closed transactions.

About Our Practice:

Body Moksha Physical Therapy was founded in 2016 to Help Active Adults In Their 40s, 50s and 60s To Move Better, Stay Active And Keep Doing The Things They Love Well Into Their 70s and 80s. It was born out of the frustration of dealing with high volume and low relationship based healthcare. We strive to be a world class physical therapy clinic where patients are guaranteed individualized attention, customized exercise programming, and hands on treatment that helps them get back to and continue doing the activities they love. Currently we offer individualized one-on-one Physical Therapy and Strength Training to active adults as well as building our women's health program to help pelvic floor patients as well.

We are not your typical physical therapy practice. We are a fun and welcoming team who nurtures everyone who enters our world as a part of our 'family'. We're the 'Cheers Bar' of physical therapy where 'everybody knows your name'.
