Job Description

General Summary of Duties: Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while greeting, all guests. Tendering transactions, assist with preparing food products, stocking.and maintaining front-of-house areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Properly enter guest orders on the POS System
  • Organize orders for guests
  • Stock and maintain the cleanliness of area.
  • Follow all handling policies and procedures
  • Answer questions for guests relating to menu items
  • Suggestive sell / upsell menu items
  • Communicate guest concerns to management
