Work from anywhere Position Overview As Product Manager, Growth & Subscriptions, you will play a pivotal role in driving Xapo Bank's retail PnL through enhanced member loyalty and organic growth. This high-impact role requires an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach, leveraging financial incentives and rewards to showcase the tangible value of our subscription. You will own the strategy, development and execution of our value-added ecosystem, ensuring Xapo Bank becomes indispensable to our members' financial lives. Mission To embed Xapo into the core of our members' financial lives by maximising the economic value they gain from every interaction. Your mission is to architect and scale a world-class growth ecosystem, comprising earnings, referral incentives and savings opportunities, that delivers tangible, everyday financial benefits, fostering deep loyalty and organic growth. Responsibilities Product Strategy and Vision Define and own the product vision for member engagement and subscriptions, creating a strategic roadmap for our earnings, referrals and loyalty programmes. Journey Optimisation Develop and optimise member journeys with a primary focus on maximising engagement with earnings features, moving beyond activation to metrics like referral-driven growth, member LTV and churn reduction. End-to-End Product Execution Drive execution with a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers, designers and analysts to deliver complex high-impact product initiatives from ideation through launch and iteration. Experimentation & Loyalty Research Conduct deep market and user research to identify key motivators for loyalty and advocacy, translating insights into a prioritised backlog of growth-oriented features. Design and lead a sophisticated experimentation programme to optimise the loyalty funnel including referral conversion rates, rewards and the impact of direct and indirect savings on member retention. Performance & PnL Ownership Instrument, analyse and own a sophisticated set of KPIs that measure the success of the rewards ecosystem including programme ROI, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) reduction and uplift in member engagement. Business Case Development Develop comprehensive business cases for new initiatives, including partnership opportunities, financial modelling of rewards systems and PnL forecasting to champion initiatives and align with key stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Technology, Design, Marketing, Data and Finance to create cohesive data-driven campaigns and product features that drive adoption of our rewards and referral programmes. Thought Leadership Serve as the company's leading expert on loyalty, earnings and growth mechanics within the fintech space, influencing other product teams to integrate these principles across the platform. Skills Needed 4+ years product management experience in consumer financial products, preferably in a growth, loyalty or rewards programme function. Understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry in the areas of custody, trading, yield and payments. Demonstrable track record of owning and shipping complex products that have measurably increased retention and driven significant business growth via incentive mechanisms. Experience in financial modelling, dynamic pricing and business case development to maximise PnL, drive profitability and execute strategies for revenue growth. Expert-level proficiency with data analytics, A/B testing and experimentation tools for objective decision-making. Deep domain expertise in customer retention, subscription-based business models and optimising user journeys for advocacy and growth. Deep commitment to user experience, prioritising delightful experiences. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product management frameworks. A self-starter with the decisiveness and entrepreneurial drive required to own and launch critical growth products within a rapidly evolving scale-up environment. Xapo Device Policy Consultants joining Xapo Bank must comply with the Xapo Device Policy, which governs the use of corporate-approved laptops under Corporate-Owned, Personally Purchased Device (reimbursed up to $1,500) or Corporate-Owned, Personally Enabled Device (personal device with enforced security controls). All devices must meet security requirements, enroll in Xapo's Mobile Device Management (MDM), and adhere to compliance rules. COPPD devices remain Xapo property with buyback options upon exit. COPED users agree to data control measures, including mandatory corporate data wipes. Compliance with the Xapo Device Policy is mandatory for all consultants, onboarding will not proceed without adherence to the policy.
