The Role As a Front-end Web Engineer, you’ll be a member of our Mission Operations Team, partnering closely with Palantir leadership and our Sales & Marketing teams to create and deploy

palantir.com . We seek to build a complex and dynamic web presence for Palantir that meets our security requirements.

We're looking for someone with a passion for creating a beautiful user experience with pixel-perfect attention to detail. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with multiple content development and marketing agencies around the world to internationalize our web presence and build our global brand.

Core Responsibilities

Own the design system and component library behind

palantir.com Partner closely with our Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and Infosec teams to build, deploy, and support a dynamic web experience and streamline and improve their workflows in ways unconstrained by what already exists Help develop and drive the strategy around our website infrastructure, implementation, internationalization, and accessibility requirements Improve processes to guarantee quality and stability of updates to our website. Contribute to other Palantir internal applications as part of the wider Mission Operations Engineering team. Technologies We Use

Next.js React Modern Typescript Docker Gradle What We Value

Previous experience building and operating high profile websites, including writing/maintaining testable code and running behavioral unit tests. Experience working with marketing agencies and supporting third party content development, along with a working knowledge of editorial disciplines and methodologies. Deep understanding of web architecture, development, and standards. This includes a thorough understanding of the entire web stack: HTTP, cookies, caching and optimization, etc. Ability to develop a responsive design strategy, understanding the capabilities of different platforms and browsers and their design constraints. Ability to collaborate and empathize with a variety of individuals. You can iterate with users and non-technical stakeholders and understand how your technical decisions impact them. Familiarity with accessibility requirements (WCAG2.1), and experience building accessible user interfaces. Familiarity or knowledge of content A/B testing and analysis to maximize user engagement and reach.
