THE JOB:
Join our team as a Restaurant Host for our upscale fine dining establishment, Stripsteak As the face of our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality, impeccable communication skills, and a flair for organization, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth communication between the front and back of the house.
Provide guests with menus and offer recommendations when required.
Monitor the dining area, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests with professionalism.
Uphold high standards of customer service and address any issues promptly.
