Are you ready to lead the charge in creating exceptional user experiences that leave a lasting impact? Join us as the IONNA User Experience (UX) Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. This role, reporting directly to the Director of Design & UX, will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our UX initiatives, ensuring that every interaction with our brand delights and inspires drivers across North America.

Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to integrate user experience best practices into every stage of the product development lifecycle. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, where diverse perspectives are valued and respected.

Design Thinking and Innovation: Drive a culture of design thinking and innovation, where creativity and experimentation are encouraged. Foster a user-centered design mindset, where empathy, curiosity, and iteration are key drivers of success for IONNA.

UX Strategy and Road-mapping: Own, develop, and maintain a comprehensive UX strategy and roadmap, outlining key initiatives and milestones to guide our UX efforts. Prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with our overall product strategy. Manage initial and ongoing relationships with vendors and service providers relating to UX.

UX Research and Testing: Lead the planning and execution of user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, surveys, and ethnographic studies. Gather qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous iteration and refinement.

Subject Matter Expert: Act as the subject matter expert and owner of new products and UX solutions to support end-to-end customer and guest experiences.

Data-Driven Design: Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of UX initiatives and drive data-driven design decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track user behavior, and iterate designs based on user feedback and insights. Manage and implement enhancements to UX to improve customer satisfaction while establishing, maintaining, and strengthening loyalty and trust with customers.

Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design. Share your knowledge and expertise with internal teams, contributing to the growth and development of our organization's UX capabilities.
