Job Description:
As the IT Manager at our automotive stamping plant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
1. ERP and SAP Systems Management:
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP and SAP systems to streamline manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP systems meet the specific needs of our automotive stamping operations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Oracle for ERP system updates, troubleshooting, and technical support.

2. Hardware Management:
- Manage both manufacturing hardware and administrative hardware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Procure, install, and maintain hardware components necessary for day-to-day operations.

3. Software Engineering and Development:
- Utilize software engineering skills to enhance and customize our proprietary software infrastructure, addressing the unique requirements of our automotive stamping processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement and innovation.

4. IT Infrastructure Security:
- Implement and enforce robust security measures to safeguard our IT infrastructure from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of system failures or breaches.

5. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to align IT initiatives with business objectives and priorities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in IT management within the automotive manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of ERP and SAP systems.
- Proficiency in hardware management, including manufacturing and administrative hardware.
- Demonstrated expertise in software engineering, with the ability to develop and customize proprietary software solutions.
- Experience liaising with Oracle or similar vendors for ERP system updates and support.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
