Essential Functions:Perform all robot programmingPerform routine periodic checks of product quality (visual inspection, integrity tests)Troubleshoot failures to determine root cause and proper corrective actionWork as an interface between the digital design group and the robotic operatorOperate robot (load/unload) as neededWork with maintenance to ensure that proper PM is performedCollect robot performance data as requiredTrain robot operators in proper processes and quality checkUse of formal problem solving proceduresComplete all required training applicable to assigned positionExhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.Qualifications:Technical school certificate preferred in computer programmingHigh School Diploma requiredKnowledge of robotics programming and ability to program in-house systemsCertificate in Solid Works or CAD preferredDemonstrated understanding of quality systems (SPC, etc.)Excellent problem solving skills requiredAbility to stand 8 - 10 hoursAbility to work overtime with little or no noticeAbility to work a staggered shift or second shiftAbility to read and interpret blueprintsAbility to understand work instructions or MP sheetsFlexibility in attitude and willingness to work in all areas as neededDemonstrated proficiency in communication skillsAbility to be cross trained on Digital Design or Calibration positionsAbility to work well in a team environmentRequired SkillsRequired ExperienceQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred;Prior document processing or similar experience in a team environment;Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing deadlines;Ability to produce quality work product;Flexibility to work overtime.- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree preferred;- Prior document processing or similar experience in a team environment;- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet pressing deadlines;- Ability to produce quality work product;- Flexibility to work overtime.#J-18808-Ljbffr
