Job Description
Seeking a RF Engineer for an electronics manufacturer in the military and commercial industry.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of RF Microwave Engineering experience in design, development, analysis, and investigations of electronic devices and systems required.

What you will do:

Works under the general supervision of the Senior Engineering Management. Depending on the project line assigned, reports to the Vice President of Digital Technologies, the Director of RF Engineering or the Director of Military Products.

  • Involved in the analysis, research, design, development, fabrication & testing of devices or systems for applications from 1 mhz to 6 Ghz.
  • Performs original RF circuit design and analysis.
  • Provides direction to the Engineering Technician and Associate Engineer while breadboarding, wiring, debugging and testing is being performed.
  • Designs and plans wiring layouts and schematics.
  • Plans tests to be conducted and arranges the test setup.
  • Checks performance of devices during tests and evaluates the results.
  • Provides technical assistance in the preparation of spare parts lists, special tools, test equipment and other engineering data.
  • Specifies the procurement of specialized components and test equipment.
  • May participate in field tests and other travel duties.
  • Assists in preparation of bids and proposals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in AutoCAD Inventor required.
  • Experience in PC-based Computer Aided Engineer (CAE) programs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform original circuit design & analysis & design & plan layouts & schematics.
  • Must be a US Citizen or lawful resident of the US due to ITAR restrictions.
