Your Superpowers:

  1. Strategic System Design:
  • Architect innovative IT systems and infrastructure that align with our clients business goals.

Advanced Troubleshooting:

Client Interaction:

Technical Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes.
  • Provide detailed technical reports and updates to clients and internal teams.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 20 pounds of equipment (time to show off those muscles).
  • Perform tasks that may require bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Occasionally climb ladders and use lift equipment.
  • Spend most of the day standing while on-site.

Complete other exciting tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems architecture, support, and project management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and IT security.
  • Proficiency with advanced troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on patience and humility.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a collaborative team.
