Chiropractor Westford MA (35 miles NW of Boston) We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Westford, MA. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a subluxation-based chiropractor with a strong chiropractic philosophy and great adjusting skills, a team player, someone willing to learn and grow personally as a doctor and help grow our family wellness practice and is motivated and driven by a mission-based company. Our dynamic, award-winning team consists of chiropractors and a dedicated support staff that helps us collaborate to provide the best care that our patients need and deserve We work closely together as a team and with our patients, creating a great healing environment. Our team offers personalized care with functional medicine and comprehensive wellness assessments to understand our patients needs and get a holistic understanding of their health. Duties: Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, and benefits of continued chiropractic care Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments (Gonstead- we can provide training if needed) Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Community events (spinal screenings, outside talks) occasionally Office coverage when clinic director is absent Weekly team meeting, trainings and doctor trainings Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in MA Appreciation for the Gonstead technique (not required, we will train you if needed) Schedule: Full time (Mon-Fri with ½ days on Tue/Fridays) Salary: $75k-$85k plus bonus potential Benefits: Bonus Compensation Vacation/PTO for holidays, 2 weeks paid vacation Potential health insurance coverage Complimentary chiropractic adjustments Employee discount with wholesale cost on supplements Professional advancement with coaching (including travel for up to 3 seminars per year) Continuing education seminars paid for once per year including travel Malpractice insurance coverage If you are interested in being challenged to grow with a fun passionate team, then join us Our team provides effective solutions for our patient’s health challenges.
