Job Description: As a Construction Project Manager specializing in high-end commercial interiors, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our projects from conception to final delivery. You will work closely with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Your expertise in managing complex construction projects and your passion for delivering exceptional results will be instrumental in our continued success. Responsibilities: Manage all phases of high-end commercial interior projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Ensure that project objectives are clearly defined, communicated, and met within established timelines and budget constraints. Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services to support project requirements. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Proactively identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and challenges as they arise. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and other project-related correspondence. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Lead and motivate project teams to deliver superior performance and exceed client expectations. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager specializing in high-end commercial interiors. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques relevant to commercial interior projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Experience working with luxury brands, high-profile clients, and/or high-end commercial interiors is a plus.
