We are looking for
a
Performance Center Manager
the Master Resilience Training
Program
in support of
the Directorate of Prevention, Resilience, and Readiness (DPRR)
.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
Participate in the local Community Ready and ResilientCouncil (CR2C), unit operation and training meetings, and community-based event to integrate capabilities providedby the R2PC.
Shallensure quality control of all MRT-PEs to include certification, continuousevaluations, MRT-PE progression to higher levels, and conduct rehearsals for training presentations to ensure MRTPEsare "ready to teach".
In coordination with theGTMshallbe responsible fordeveloping the annualtraining schedule at their respective installation and provide a draft training schedule to the COR-RA for approval.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
Possess a thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure,missionobjectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policypertaining tothe Department of the Army.
Shall speak, read, andcomprehendEnglish to the extent that they can read and understandprinted regulations, written orders, operating procedures, training instructions and materials, and perform the dutiesassigned.
Must have aprofessional appearance that isappropriate fortheir position and adhere to facility dress codes. Contractor employees shall conduct themselves in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited academic institution, be a Graduate ofMRT level one (MRT training may be completed after start of employment).
Minimum of five years' relevant experiencemanaging, overseeing, and completing the same or similar work, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related operations.
Prior experience serving in themilitary, as a DOD civilian employee, or have been a military dependent. PCM shall serve as the local installation Point of Contact (POC) for the R2PC matters and lead, manage and direct contractor staff assigned to their respective R2PC
Ability to passa National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) (Tier 1) background investigation.
Must be a UScitizen.
