This individual will be responsible for ensuring products meet company standards and regulatory requirements through inspections and testing. Overseeing production processes, identifying defects or deviations and recommending corrective actions. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records of test results, audits, and quality control procedures for traceability and compliance. Apply online and kick-start your career todayPay, Schedule, and LocationRanging at $19.00 - $21.00/hour1st Shift: 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - FridayLocated in Glendale Heights, ILDuties and ResponsibilitiesPerform Pre-operational Production checks, swabs and sieve analysisConduct regular quality tests on our spice products to ensure they meet established specifications and standardsAnalyze test results and report any discrepancies or deviations to the Quality Control SupervisorCollaborate with the production team to ensure corrective actions are taken when necessaryMaintain comprehensive records of all quality tests/logs, and any corrective actions takenEnsure that all documents are filled out accurately, in detail, and are organized efficientlyReview documentation for compliance with company and regulatory requirementsPerform batch record review and verifications including sign-offs of applicable recordsRequirements and QualificationsBackground in the food industry is required2-4 years of quality experience is requiredMust be a self-starter and be able to problem solveBilingual in English and Spanish preferredProficient with computers and Microsoft office products (word, excel, power point) and data entryStrong organizational skills with strong attention to detailNo sensitivity to food or strong spice aromasWilling to learn and obtain certifications if neededPPE required per protocol for warehouse and lab(Salary range based on experience)ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
