Branch Manager

Description Oversees daily banking activity in a branch including customer service, staffing requirements and facilities maintenance. Requirements Ensures that the branch is opened and closed and stays current on security policies and procedures. Supervises vault operations and procedures. Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures with respect to approving or overrides of teller transactions. Responsible for ongoing coaching and career development of branch team. Well versed in community development and outside bank networking to further promote CSB as the full service community focused bank that we are. Applicant will be required to obtain NMLS licensing for production of real estate loans. Directs personnel in activities to ensure prompt, accurate and dependable customer service. Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume. Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests. Provides and maintains a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch office. Reviews staff for performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments. Coordinates staff training when needed. Regular attendance is an essential function Other duties as assigned
