Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dynamic Client Manager to take ownership of fostering and managing the strategic relationship with our large clients and provide management for strategic and complex projects with our clients. The ideal candidate has 5-10+ years of direct experience providing services to clients. As Client Manager, you will be responsible for working with RoseRyan’s sales and delivery teams and clients focused on managing the delivery of services that satisfy the agreed expectations of all parties involved, which includes RoseRyan, the client and stakeholders. Our delivery philosophy is for RoseRyan and the client to experience a win-win relationship.

Key Skills & Responsibilities: Oversee large strategic client projects. Your primary functions are to deliver, promote and enhance RoseRyan’s customer-facing strategy and one-to-one interactions.

Be the point of escalation for the delivery team – ensure project is on track, address any issues/risks, including client readiness issues, delivery team staffing issues, and client satisfaction issues Check in with the client – ensure the delivery team is aligned with client expectations and address any issues or scope changes/uncover any new areas for assistance

Expand RoseRyan’s presence in the client by finding opportunities for RoseRyan and ZRG to provide additional services. Ability to see and understand various perspectives, including the client, RoseRyan, and consultant in a confident manner. Understanding everyone’s ‘win’ is critical. Understanding client engagements, such as communication of project status, at an executive level, project budgets and schedule, schedule slips, overruns impacting project plan, successful milestones, resources required, understanding and being vocal as to who will ‘work and not work’ inside the client and coordinating with the internal team. Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple clients simultaneously. Providing a professional and seamless experience can help to ensure client satisfaction. Driving the RoseRyan consultant team by successful onboarding, matching client background and culture, defining expectations and successes and managing conflict resolution within the team to meet client deadlines, deliverables and reports. Ability to represent the Client in a confident manner to RoseRyan ensuring the importance of the client’s success criteria is understood and delivered. As a trusted advisor to clients, you must have knowledge of finance, business, and the client’s market. Knowing clients’ challenges, listening to their worries, and helping resolve them is central to the role. Ability to know and plan when to pivot when obstacles are met. Help the client streamline its business processes and build an engaging relationship. Focus on improving the client experience to increase retention and loyalty.

Qualifications 5-10+ years of building and managing client relationships in consulting. Proven track record of account management. Ability to develop and maintain relationships. Exceptional organizational skills. Strong verbal and communication skills.

Preferable Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience in the Accounting or Finance industry.

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect base salary only, and do not include bonus and other benefits.
