Required Experience for Housekeeping Specialist: High school diploma and/or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. You love to laugh and have fun while working hard to provide excellent service. Experience working with individuals who have memory loss is preferred. Ability to manage multiple initiatives and complete assigned projects timely and accurately. Ability to build strong rapport with families and residents. Accountabilities for Housekeeping Specialist: Demonstrates and models company culture and values -safety, common beliefs, and a culture of feedback.
